Mac Os X 10.13.1 Download

Hello all; I've searched for a full of about ii hours to answer this with no luck. Maybe someone here has an idea:
I have Mac Pro (Mid 2010). I don't usually edit much for my work merely I picked up a pretty simple gig. I am more familiar with Terminal Cutting than Premier but did non have that installed on this box so I dl'd it and alas, I demand to be at to the lowest degree on Loftier Sierra 10.13.6. Currently I am on 10.12.six. I can discover HS x.13.half-dozen of course but HS 10.13.0 is a ghost. Can't go from ten.12.half dozen to 10.13.6 without the magical unicorn 10.thirteen.0. Suggestions? Secret spider web hideouts?

Conversely..I could wait for an before version of Final Cut but haven't put time to that yet merely at this stage, I'll do whatever comes quickest as time is becoming a gene.

I take an unsupported Nvidia board (TitanX) then I tin't leapfrog to Mojave as a solution either. :(

Thanks for any helpful suggestions.

Oh how squeamish.. Once I posted, MR was so kind as to point out I am newbie. haha.. well, to the site, yes. Simply I've been in postal service biz on macs since the early 90's.. that should protect me from whatsoever flames, right?

Thanks for the research amaze, but yes.. equally jbarley notes - I need the initial upgrade 10.13.0. Which is auspiciously blanked on the entirety of the interwebs. The German language site was a crafty idea, just it also redirects to a dead finish, alas.

Maybe someone has the downloaded installer sitting effectually on a disk somewhere they could upload to moi? Or, know how to get a hold of FCP compatible with 10.12.10? Or??

Thoughts?

Thank you for the research amaze, simply yeah.. as jbarley notes - I need the initial upgrade 10.13.0. Which is auspiciously blanked on the entirety of the interwebs. The High german site was a crafty idea, but information technology besides redirects to a expressionless end, alas.

Perhaps someone has the downloaded installer sitting around on a disk somewhere they could upload to moi? Or, know how to get a hold of FCP compatible with x.12.10? Or??

Are you lot looking to exercise the initial install to x.13.0 and and then update to ten.13.6 using Loftier Sierra updaters or volition you stay on 10.13.0?

The current version of FCP needs at least 10.13.6, so yes.. that update is still available and I have it dl'd. Only have to get to 10.thirteen.0 first.

I don't sympathise why you would get for x.thirteen.0 rather than a bugfixed 10.xiii.6?

ps. It is even so the total installer you lot download from App Store.. Non just an update..

10.13.6 requires x.13.0 to exist installed first; no matter how many times I dial "install" with the full forcefulness of my extended index finger with prejudice, considering, Apple.

The current version of FCP needs at to the lowest degree 10.13.6, so yes.. that update is still bachelor and I have it dl'd. But accept to get to 10.13.0 commencement.

Hither is a link that will have you to the U.s. Apple App Store where you can download the full 10.13.vi installer. Y'all volition not demand to go from 10.thirteen.0 to 10.13.6.

Edit: The full installer is an app that will be downloaded from the App Store It will be a "Install macOS High Sierra" app (around five.25 GB) in the Applications folder and it will automatically launch afterward it is downloaded. If you lot practice not desire to install and so Quit the installer app when it get-go launches. The installer app will automatically delete after it completes the install. It might be a proficient idea to save the installer on another deejay for subsequently uses.

I'k not in front of that system at the moment...prolly in about an hour I will be- simply, in my foggy belatedly night memory, I do believe I did end upwards at that app store page to dl x.13.6. When I ran the installer, information technology said I needed x.13.0 to be installed first. I will confirm here in a bit every bit to whether my mind is playing tricks on me or non. Thanks.
[doublepost=1542736178][/doublepost]..and truly, thanks. At least I feel there's some winnowing down and a viable option to work with here. I'll update soon.

Ok..evidently, someone slipped something hallucinatory in my potable...musta been me since I'm the only one here.
But aye, apparently I had dl'd the 10.13.half-dozen updater and not the full install that chfr, DeltaMac and CoastalOR were linking me to. Dl'd that and now running 10.thirteen.six & latestest/greatest FCP. The rift in the infinite-time continuum has mended and the existential disaster has been avoided due to your heroic intergalactic tenacity for justice and the Appian Way. All silliness aside, Thank you gents, for staying with information technology and helping me out.

Run across yous at my next emergency..

You did read the Title, the role where the OP is looking for "Loftier Sierra 10.13.0" (zero)
The links you supplied all lead to version 10.13.half dozen

Focus on solution. Not the obstacle.

If your problem is happily no longer i, then to put a "RESOLVED" earlier the championship of your thread volition make information technology clear to all the readers.
I share your satisfaction.
Ed

doesn't ever work to download. When it fails, here'southward why: If there'southward a Loftier Sierra or Mojave installer somewhere on your Mac, the App Shop will detect information technology and abolish the download. It can be anywhere — fifty-fifty an older version will crusade the download to neglect.

The solution: Discover that installer. If you still need it, cypher (shrink) it. Rename the zipped file to something like Install macOS High Sierra 10.13.six.app.nothing or Install macOS Mojave 10.14.4.app.cipher. I always movement the zip file(southward) out of my Applications folder to somewhere else but that is probably not necessary.

Trash any original, uncompressed installers on your Mac. At present the link works correctly and the download will work as advertised.

I had the aforementioned problem trying to download the full installation version of ten.13.six (as opposed tt the Upgrade version which requires x.13.0 to exist installed kickoff). Every download was cancelling out at almost the xxx-xl% marker. I somewhen got onto Apple Support and they sorted it out for me. Seems each unsuccessful download was leaving a modest file in Applications which blocked the next unsuccessful effort. Got rid of all those files simply still didn't piece of work, and so in that location was withal something blocking the downloads that I couldn't find. So Apple Back up recommended downloading in Safe Mode - which I did, and that worked. I'm now on x.13.six which is the last upgrade that I can practice for the age of my iMac (2010).

Proceed getting this bulletin when I try to install. I have a MacPro 2012. Refurbished by CreatePro (new processors).
